In his capacity as Head of the Alliotts Technology Team, Luke works with a wide range of “technology” clients. He works with a number of businesses with software development or provision of software services as a key component of their business model.
Luke also acts for several venture capital and private equity firms in varying capacities, with mandates to invest in various areas of technology.

In his capacity as a business advisor to fast growing businesses Chris often works in the technology and space sectors.
Alongside support with accountancy and tax, clients in these sectors look to Chris for high level advice on setting up in the UK, company structuring, tax reliefs and on M&A transactions. Chris is driven by working towards a successful outcome for his clients, and taking their business challenges on as his own, is relentless in finding solutions that will work.
Chris is regularly invited to present on investing in the UK at events hosted overseas.

A key member of Alliotts’ Technology team, Andrew has continued to champion the firm’s expertise in this area.
Andrew has advised both UK and inward bound start-ups in the technology space on how to set up and the opportunities available in the UK, including R&D Tax Credits. These clients can range from app developers and gaming companies to SaaS providers and space technology companies.
Many technology start-ups utilise Andrew’s experience of outsourced CFO services including cash flow forecasting and monthly reporting to monitor their burn and prepare reports to investors and potential investors alike.
Andrew has attended investor and start up technology events such as Slush in Helsinki and takes a proactive approach to keeping abreast of the key challenges and wider trends that affect these businesses.
