Operational HR

This area focusses on managing day-to-day HR functions that support the workforce and organisational goals.

  • Ad hoc HR queries: Supporting line managers and senior leaders with HR related queries.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Support with the entire recruitment and selection process, from drafting of job descriptions and job advertisements, to support with shortlisting, design of selection interviews and tests and support with interviewing. We will also support you with post offer checks, including references, and right to work in the UK.
  • Employee Relations: Advice and support with disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and mediation processes. We are able to carry out investigations and provide case management strategies and support at any level.
  • Absence management: Support to line managers with managing sickness absence, whether it is short term or long term. We can advise on and administer absence review meetings, Occupational Health referrals, ill health capability meetings and support with putting in place reasonable adjustments in line with legislative requirements.
  • Training and Development: Delivering of tailored management skill development workshops on a range of management topics.
  • Employee Engagement and satisfaction: Conducting anonymous online employee surveys and running team-building workshops and activities.

Strategic HR

This aligns HR initiatives with long-term business goals and focus on creating competitive advantages through people management.

  • Salary Benchmarking: Reviewing marketplace salaries and benefits for client roles, reporting on the findings and making recommendations for your pay and benefits strategy.
  • Talent Management: Developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
