International Alliance

Work with Alliotts, and you will be working with a network of over 200 independent accounting, law and consulting firms, operating in more than 90 countries.

Talk to us

From New York to Nairobi. From Sacramento to Singapore. It is a special thing when you can create a network of firms across the world, all working Together as One.

That is what we have achieved as founding members of the Alliott Global Alliance.

  • Over 200 firms
  • In more than 250 cities
  • Operating in over 90 countries
  • Spread across six different continents

One goal

All members of the Alliance share one common goal. To learn and share knowledge, resources and opportunities – to make the world smaller and our businesses stronger.

Working Together as One, we lead by example and work with a spirit of generosity and openness. So that together we can fulfil our ambitions, gain greater experience and drive mutual success. For ourselves and our clients all around the world.

Bound by one common belief

From its beginning in 1979, known back then as ‘Alliott Peirson International’, the alliance’s five co-founding firms were bound by a common belief that while globalisation may be a positive force, there will always be an important role to be played by independently minded, local professional services firms.

Pioneers in the alliances market, we saw an opportunity to Work Together as One across the world as independent firms. We saw the potential for learning and sharing knowledge, resources and opportunities and for making the world smaller and our businesses stronger. Since 2004, law firms and other specialists have joined the Alliott Global Alliance family, creating a unique value proposition for business and professional advisors.

One global family

Since those early days, we have grown into one of the world’s largest global multidisciplinary alliances. Accounting, tax, audit and since 2004, law and other specialist advisory firms have joined our ranks.

Alliott Global Alliance has become a kinship of professionals, supporting and learning from each other. We support each other’s success with professionalism and a personal touch.

We are not just an Alliance, but one global family. We are Alliott Global Alliance.

Benefits of Alliance to clients

Alliott Global Alliance offers numerous, additional advantages to our clients, across your personal and professional lives.

With a vast network of professionals in over 90 countries available at your fingertips, the Alliance offers access to “on the ground” expertise, knowledge of local markets, and a global network of contacts, all of which are easily accessible and invaluable in today’s interconnected world.

For businesses looking to trade overseas, the Alliance’s expertise can be incredibly helpful. Its members have in-depth knowledge of local markets, including regulatory frameworks, cultural nuances, and business practices. They can offer comprehensive advice on a range of issues, from setting up a subsidiary to negotiating local contracts. The Alliance’s members can also provide access to a vast network of contacts, all of which can help to facilitate successful expansion into new jurisdictions.

Similarly, if you’re an overseas business looking to trade in the UK, the Alliance can offer exactly the same level of diligent service. From providing advice on UK tax, accounting and legal issues, to cultural differences and business practices, our members ensure that overseas companies can navigate the local market with confidence.

For those planning to move overseas, the Alliance can provide a wealth of support, whether it is in terms of clarity of residency and domicile, advising on issues such as tax planning and the tax treatment of UK assets; and assisting with compliance matters; ensuring that ex-pats can make informed decisions about their future.

For individuals who have relocated to the UK,  the Alliance can be your friend. It can help you navigate local legal and financial systems, support with cultural adjustment, all the while also looking after your interests in your native country.

When you need support for multi territorial matters, not having access to advisors that you can trust can be inhibiting. It’s one of the primary reasons businesses do not expand and individuals curb life plans. Being a client of Alliotts gives you access to an Alliance that enables you to fulfil your dreams and achieve your ambitions.
