We are delighted to congratulate Alliotts’ partner Andrew Douthwaite for becoming a winner in Accountancy Age’s Top 35 under 35 The awards recognise the rising stars in the profession and the outstanding contribution they make. Andrew was selected as one of the final 35 from 160 entrants.
As a firm we have benefited from Andrew’s expertise and enthusiasm from the moment he joined Alliotts as Senior Manager in 2021, to lead the Guildford Outsourcing and Accounts team.
Andrew’s rapid rise within the firm, from Senior Manager to Associate in 2023 and Partner in 2024, is a testament to his impact and his drive. In his role as an outsourced CFO/Finance Director he advises a range of fast-growing start-ups and established businesses. Andrew’s knowledge of general practice allows him to leverage relevant tax reliefs effectively for our clients.
His expertise spans diverse sectors, including gaming, hospitality, space, and professional consulting. Andrew also works with inward investing businesses and those looking to set up in the UK. He excels in guiding clients through investment preparation, pitching, and due diligence processes, ensuring they achieve their strategic goals.
Andrew is actively involved in the gaming industry through his mentorship in the Game Changer programme sponsored by Games London and through helping deliver the UK’s largest video games trade mission at Slush in Helsinki.
Within Alliotts, Andrew’s innovative approach and willingness to challenge norms have driven us forward. His adoption of new technologies has helped enhance the efficiency of our practices and has led to increased client satisfaction. Andrew’s expertise and drive are not just assets to our firm; they are catalysts for our continued success and growth.
