COVID-19. Alliotts Business Continuity Planning

We have put plans in places to mitigate any impact on our service delivery

24 Mar 2020

The impact of Coronavirus COVID-19 has changed every aspect of our lives.

Our London and Guildford offices are closed and we are now set up to work remotely.  We use hosted cloud solutions, which means we can continue to provide audit, accounting, tax and consulting services to you securely.  Our people stay in touch with one another, ensuring that our work for you is completed efficiently and to our usual high standard.

As your professional advisors we will remain accessible to you, we understand that during what is the most disruptive event our society has experienced, you need us to be here for you more than ever.  It is our policy that our clients have more than one contact. This means that if your usual partner is unavailable, another member of our team will be able to take over, seamlessly. If you need the contact details (if possible please email) of the Alliotts team you’ll find them here.

We will continue to operate our business whilst being flexible as we can be in adapting to this unknown situation. In times of uncertainty communication is vital and throughout the coming weeks we will keep you updated. Our blog on Government business support is updated regularly as new information is announced. https://www.alliotts.com/blog/covid-19-available-business-support/

If there is anything that we can do to help you, or if you have any questions or concerns, please do contact me, or your dedicated partner.

We celebrated our 150th anniversary last year having survived several disruptive events in our long history. We are resolved to continuing to serve you and to do everything within our control to help you as your professional advisors.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you well and sincerely hope that you and yours are not adversely affected.

Steve Meredith

Chairman of Alliotts
