250 guests from across the industry gathered at the iconic Savoy Hotel
Samuel Ampah, of Alliotts’ Media Team lent his voice to a lively panel discussion at the PGGB Talent Showcase last night.
250 guests from across the industry gathered at the iconic Savoy Hotel at the first PGGB Showcase event, which was presented by The Walt Disney Studios, supported by Entertainment Partners.
The Event included the announcement of the winner of the PGGB Earl of Wessex Award which recognises those in UK film and High End TV who have inspired, widened access or increased inclusivity in the industry. HRH The Earl of Wessex, and the Guild’s Royal Patron, attended in person to present the award to 6ft From the Spotlight, who have developed a ‘Wellbeing Facilitator’ model to help improve mental health in the production workplace. https://productionguild.com/news/news/hrh202223-winner-announement/
Samuel commented:
‘It was humbling to be invited to be part of such a great event, and I would like to congratulate 6ft From the Spotlight on their work on not only raising awareness of mental wellbeing, but on developing support to help that is relevant to the production workplace. I was so proud to see my client’s MAMA Youth Project as a finalist for the PGGB Earl of Wessex Award.’
