Rosemary has 23 years, HR experience, both in-house and HR consulting; she delivers Human Resources advice and services across a wide range of industries and sectors. HR has many facets and Rosemary’s experience covers the whole spectrum, from lawful recruitment, creative performance management techniques through to exit and termination.
Rosemary focuses on keeping up with changes in the rapidly evolving area of employment and advising businesses on how they may be affected and what they need to do to remain compliant. Clients include UK SMES, Not for Profit organisations and inward investing businesses needing help with UK employment rules.
Rosemary had many years’ experience in working with business owners on strategies to developing their people to meet business growth and expansion.
For relaxation Rosemary enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing badminton, theatre and live performances, practicing Pilates and walking in the Surrey Hills.

New carer’s leave in effect
Employers need to be aware that since 6 April 2024, employees are entitled to take a week’s unpaid leave each year if they need to fulfil caring responsibilities for a dependant. An important consideration is when an employer is entitled to postpone a request for carer’s leave.
