The Government has recognised that business owners have many conflicting priorities to deal with during the COVID-19 outbreak and so has taken the decision to suspend reporting the Gender Pay Gap Reporting requirements for 2019-20. There is no expectation for employers to report their data this year, this gives them additional time and focus to invest in their business continuity efforts at this challenging time.
