Rajee mentors and manages a team of outsourcing specialists who deliver management accounts, VAT returns and bookkeeping services to a wide range of clients. She is responsible for reviewing their work and delivering continuous on the job training.
Rajee is the liaison point for clients and her priority is ensuring that the team works together to ensure clients receive a flexible and responsive service that meet their needs.
Rajee also prepares statutory accounts for a portfolio of clients which includes international businesses, high end retailers, consultancies and education organisations.
A mother of three children Rajee is kept busy, but she takes time out to indulge in her creative side by painting and experimenting with interior design. She also enjoys travelling with her family and learning about different cultures.
