We are committed to continual improvement and our aim is to give our clients the very best experience. We are always looking at new technologies to help us achieve this goal.

As part of this ongoing project we are upgrading our telephone system on Friday.

We are moving to a hosted telephony system. The new system is scalable; it is robust, allowing for business continuity in disaster recovery situations; and is tailored for greater flexible working, meaning our staff will be more accessible to assist clients with any queries.

To make the transfer from one to another, our telephone system will be out of action from noon on Friday 2 December. This may be for an hour, or for the remainder of the day, so please bear with us.
